On behalf of Asian Society of Endoscopy Nurses, we are delighted to fully sponsor eligible members who participate the 9th International Infection Control Conference from 30th May to 1st June 2025.
Interested valid ASEN members are welcomed to apply the sponsorship of the conference and register through ASEN ,please do not register on your own for now.
1. Please complete and submit the Sponsorship Application Form (https://forms.gle/BVR2PwA9cU5B6Y4B9 ) on or before 18th March 2025. Late application will NOT be considered.
2. All applications would be vetted by ASEN after the application deadline in accordance with its criteria for selection. Successful applicants will be notified around three weeks after the deadline with a Confirmation Letter and Sponsorship Reimbursement Form from ASEN via email. Applicants must register with the correct information. ASEN will not be responsible for the reimbursement if the wrong information was submitted.
3. Successful applicants are reminded to make his/her own enrollment to the programme upon receiving confirmation of acceptance from ASEN.
4. All sponsorship reimbursement should be submitted to ASEN by post to P.O. Box upon the completion of the programme with the certificate and the bank receipt issued by the organizer within ONE MONTH. Any late application for reimbursement will NOT be considered.
5. After finishing the conference, the applicant will need to play a role to contribute to ASEN events in forms of presentation, experience sharing sessions upon ASEN’s request.
6. The ASEN has the final decision on awarding member’s sponsorship.
7. Member’s working experience in GI/Endoscopy and contributions to ASEN / Endoscopy would be taken into consideration.
8. Members will have less priority if he/she had received sponsorship from ASEN in the previous years.
9. The guidelines are subject to regular updates and amendments at the discretion of the ASEN.

In this year, we will implement the ASEN Hospital Representative Policy. This voluntary basis policy is aimed at enhancing communication among ASEN members in your hospital and our society.
As a Hospital Representative, you will help us disseminate event notifications and collect feedback information from ASEN members at your hospital.
In appreciation of your support and efforts, a letter of appreciation will be sent to you when your application has been supported by the council. Moreover, your dedicated support will be addressed when you apply for any ASEN sponsorship or courses in future. If you are interested to apply as a hospital representative for your hospital, please kindly fill in the following google form.We will inform you once your application has been supported by the ASEN council members at the end of March.

The 9th International Infection Control Conference will be held from 30 May to 1 June 2025 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. You can visit their webpage to learn more about the conference details.
Valid ASEN ordinary members can register through ASEN to receive a discount of at least 15% off from the list registration fee. After gathering the total number of applicants on the deadline. You will be notified on the exact payment amount.
